The Jacksonville project will be 272,400 SF temperature-controlled warehouse and is set to break ground in Q1 of 2023. This will be FreezPak Logistics second location in Florida; FreezPak Miami is scheduled to open December 2022. By Q1 2024, FreezPak will have 310,000 frozen pallet positions in its network.

The near-port industrial site will be 245,400 SF temperature-controlled warehouse and is set to break ground this month. The operating company of Saoud Development, FreezPak Logistics, has committed to a long-term lease and is set to occupy the site in Q1 2025
