07 Mar FreezPak Logistics set to open 7th location in Miami, FL
FreezPak Logistics, a leading 3rd party food logistics company, announced a 7th location coming to Miami, FL in December 2022. This is FreezPak’s 4th new location announcement in just under 2 years. The facility will increase FreezPak’s capacity to 60 million cubic feet of space. Miami will offer cooler/frozen temperature-controlled rooms in a 315,000-sf building that sits on 20 acres. The building features 207 car parking spaces, 50 trailer parking stalls, 48 dock doors and 51,000 pallet positions. The property’s prime location, just south of the Miami-Dade and Broward County line, offers easy access to Florida’s major transportation arteries including the Florida Turnpike, I-75, State Road 826, Port Everglades Terminal and Port of Miami.

Consistent with FreezPak’s other facilities, the Miami location will offer overseas container plug, cross docking, port drayage, LTL/FTL transportation, dedicated fleets, repacking, same day orders, USDA, FSIS and FDA services. The company currently operates 5 world-class facilities across New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pa. FreezPak is slated to open up a 6th location in early 4th quarter, a 58,000 pallet freezer near the port of NJ/NY in Woodbridge, NJ. FreezPak Logistics locations are strategically located near the nation’s busiest air and seaports with easy access to major highways to ensure fast and efficient distribution.
FreezPak will soon announce an 8th location outside NJ that will meet the continually growing demand for cold storage space.
